Gelagen is advertised with a money-back guarantee, generally available after at least 30 days of consistent use. We recommend confirming the exact current window and conditions directly at checkout before ordering.
Contact Gelagen's official customer support directly — not this website — with your order number, within whatever guarantee window is confirmed at your time of purchase.
Calendar your refund deadline the day your order arrives. This is the single most practical thing you can do to protect your guarantee.
